Baseball Recap: Jefferson County Warriors vs. East Laurens Falcons
Jefferson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the East Laurens Falcons, falling 17-4. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.
Jefferson County saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Duncan, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI. Jayden Wilson also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.
