Cornerstone Christian had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.5 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They really took it to the St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-33 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 26 points or more this season.

Cornerstone Christian's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points over those games. As for St. Joseph Notre Dame, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Looking ahead, Cornerstone Christian will square off against Head-Royce at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Head-Royce will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Cornerstone Christian surely won't give up without a fight. St. Joseph Notre Dame does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
