Football Recap: River Forest Takes a Loss

River Forest lost against Boone Grove back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Ingots received a blow as they fell 42-24 to the Wolves. The Ingots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

River Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Boone Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, River Forest will be playing in front of their home fans against Hammond Bishop Noll at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ingots will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Boone Grove, they will square off against Whiting at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wolves will be up against the Oilers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 26.83 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
