Basketball Recap: Dymally Takes a Loss

Dymally was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 62-0 defeat at the hands of the Hawkins Hawks. The Challengers were not able to make up for their loss to the Hawks from their previous meeting back in January.

Dymally's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hawkins, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Dymally will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Port of Los Angeles at 4:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Hawkins will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against Locke at 4:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
