Mark Keppel and Rancho Bernardo squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Mark Keppel had to settle for second. They took a 41-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rancho Bernardo Broncos. The Aztecs' loss signaled the end of their 17-game winning streak.

Rancho Bernardo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Myla Jones, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Reese Tokushige, who put up 12 points.

Mark Keppel's defeat dropped their record down to 25-10. As for Rancho Bernardo, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 24-7.
