Basketball Recap: Westmont Piles Up the Points Against Soquel

Westmont won the last time they faced Soquel and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Westmont Warriors blew past the Soquel Knights 50-23. That's two games straight that the Warriors have won by exactly 27 points.

Westmont has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.4 points per game. As for Soquel, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Westmont will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Prospect at 7:00 p.m. As for Soquel, they will head out to challenge San Lorenzo Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
