Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sanger). Everything went their way against the Madera Coyotes on Friday as the Sanger Apaches made off with a 10-0 win. Considering the Apaches have won ten contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Madera from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Royce Kilby led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Sanger's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those nine matchups. As for Madera, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sanger will venture away from home to take on Edison at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sanger is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.6 goals per game this season. Madera has already played their next game (against San Joaquin Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
