Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Edmond Memorial). They blew past the Putnam City North Panthers 17-6 on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Edmond Memorial is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Putnam City North, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
