Logan took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against Teays Valley, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Chieftains sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Vikings on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for Logan.

Logan's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Teays Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
