Islands's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 12-8 victory over the Bryan County Redskins. Considering the Sharks' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

With the win, Islands broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-16. As for Bryan County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season.

Islands is taking a road trip to challenge Jenkins at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Sharks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bryan County, they will host Savannah Country Day at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
