Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heritage). They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Grovetown Warriors on Friday. That's two games straight that the Patriots have won by exactly two goals.

The win made it two in a row for Heritage and bumps their season record up to 6-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored six goals over those two games. As for Grovetown, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Heritage and Grovetown could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Heritage will face off against Landmark Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 75 places (91 vs. 16). Similarly, Grovetown (ranked 174th) will meet Grayson (ranked 18th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
