Soccer Recap: Julian Takes a Loss

Julian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Borrego Springs Rams, falling 4-0. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Julian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Borrego Springs, with the win, they broke their nine-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Julian will host Holtville at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Holtville's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three matches. Borrego Springs has already played their next game (against Vincent Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
