Soccer Recap: Cupertino Comes Up Short

Cupertino was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Milpitas Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in January.

Cupertino's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Milpitas, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Cupertino nor Milpitas have any future games scheduled.
