Baseball Recap: Leipsic Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Leipsic's offense. They fell just short of the Columbus Grove Bulldogs by a score of 2-0 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Vikings have suffered since May 29, 2025.

Leipsic dropped their record down to 11-10 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Columbus Grove, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.
