Soccer Recap: LaGrange Takes a Loss

LaGrange was the 2-0 winner over Carrollton when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The LaGrange Grangers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carrollton Trojans on Tuesday. One thing that didn't help the Grangers' chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Steve Oh.

LaGrange's goal came courtesy of Romans Outland, who's now up to two this season.

This is the second loss in a row for LaGrange and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Carrollton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, LaGrange will take on Spalding at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. LaGrange is facing Spalding at the right time seeing as Spalding is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Carrollton, they will face off against Campbell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Carrollton will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: Campbell will have lost three straight heading into Friday's contest.
