Soccer Recap: San Marin Triumphs

San Marin and Windsor combined for 11 shots on goal on Friday, which explains the impressive six total goals scored. The San Marin Mustangs came out on top against the Windsor Jaguars by a score of 4-2. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Windsor with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Tatum D'Angelica (2), Sicily Grasso, and Gianna Ciolino.

San Marin's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Windsor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-4.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Piner the next time they take the pitch. San Marin will head out to face Piner at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Windsor will host them at 7:00 p.m. on January 10th.
