Brantley County is a perfect 3-0 against Fitzgerald since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Brantley County Herons will host the Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 11 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Brantley County and six for Fitzgerald.

Friday just wasn't the day for Brantley County's offense. They fell just short of Long County by a score of 1-0 on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Herons have lost by just one run.

Brantley County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gaven Grafford, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Fitzgerald came up short against Lee County on Friday, falling 10-4.

Fitzgerald's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Brantley County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.
