Softball Recap: Duchesne/Roncalli Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Duchesne/Roncalli can bid farewell to their ten-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 14-6 margin over the South Sioux City Cardinals. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Duchesne/Roncalli considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Londyn Scebold was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in September. Adelynn DeMar was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three runs and three RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Duchesne/Roncalli kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Duchesne/Roncalli's win bumped their record up to 10-16. As for South Sioux City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-24.

As of now, neither Duchesne/Roncalli nor South Sioux City have any future games scheduled.
