Softball Recap: Holdenville Takes a Loss

Holdenville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Morris Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-1 loss on Tuesday.

Holdenville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Morris, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holdenville will challenge Allen at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Morris, they will square off against Okmulgee at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
