Softball Recap: Hillgrove Takes a Loss

Hillgrove lost against Kell back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hawks fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 3-1. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillgrove now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Kell, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-2.

Looking ahead, Hillgrove will take on Osborne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cardinals have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.58 runs per game on average), something the Hawks will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Kell, they will challenge North Cobb at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
