Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Franklin County). They put the hurt on the East Jackson Eagles with a sharp 18-3 win on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Franklin County now has a winning record of 4-3. As for East Jackson, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Franklin County is set to take on their familiar foe Hart County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, East Jackson will face off against rival Hebron Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
