Valley View had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 32.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They claimed a resounding 48-14 win over the Brookland Bearcats. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Blazers had established a 21-point advantage.

Valley View's record now sits at 6-1. As for Brookland, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
