Fullington Academy blew Sherwood Christian Academy out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Sherwood Christian Academy got their revenge. Fullington Academy fell just short of Sherwood Christian Academy by a score of 6-4. The Trojans' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row dating back to last season.

Cutter Tharpe put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Tharpe was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (12-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. The contest marked the first time this year in which they were not able to get on the board.

Fullington Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-4.
