Football Recap: Flinthills Comes Up Short

Flinthills lost against Madison/Hamilton back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Mustangs lost 42-20 to the Bulldogs. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Flinthills lost, don't look at Beau Hall. Despite the final result, he rushed for 194 yards and two TDs.

Flinthills' loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-4. As for Madison/Hamilton, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Flinthills will challenge Yates Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 41.71 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Madison/Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
