Soccer Game Preview: West Ranch vs. Hart

West Ranch is 1-8-1 against Hart since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Wildcats will challenge the Hawks at 5:00 p.m.

West Ranch is headed into Wednesday's matchup following a draw, the team's first since December 29. They and Valencia finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Hart hasn't lost a match since January 5th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They put the hurt on Castaic with a sharp 4-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Hart needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Hart's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three contests. West Ranch's draw makes their record 7-6-3 this season.

West Ranch suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Hart in their previous matchup back in January. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
