Softball Recap: White County Extends Winning Streak to Three

White County entered their tilt with Rabun County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Wildcats. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2022.

The victory got White County back to even at 9-9. As for Rabun County, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White County will venture away from home to face off against Dawson County at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 7.4 runs per game this season. As for Rabun County, they will take on Lumpkin County at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
