Ridgeland is a perfect 4-0 against North Murray since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Ridgeland Panthers will host the North Murray Mountaineers at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Ridgeland has four straight victories, North Murray has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Wednesday, Ridgeland was able to grind out a solid win over North Murray, taking the game 13-8. With that victory, the Panthers brought their scoring average up to 6.7 runs per game.

Gavyn Hughley was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Ronnie Franklin was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

North Murray's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ridgeland, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
