Baseball Game Preview: Denmark vs. North Forsyth Raiders

For the second straight game, Denmark will face off against North Forsyth. Denmark will look to defend their home field on Friday against North Forsyth at 6:15 p.m. The timing isn't great for Denmark: they have been struggling with five straight losses at home, while North Forsyth has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.

Denmark gave up the first runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against North Forsyth by a score of 9-6.

Sebastein Walsh tossed a big game, tossing 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits.

At the plate, Denmark got a big performance out of Jason Williams, who scored a run and stole a base while going 4-for-4. Geno Goralski was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.

The defeat snapped North Forsyth's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 15-11 record. As for Denmark, their win bumped their record up to an identical 15-11.
