Soccer Recap: Coshocton Comes Up Short

Coshocton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Tri-Valley Scotties. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Coshocton of the 7-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Coshocton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-2. As for Tri-Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Coshocton will take on Beaver Local in a tournament on Thursday. As for Tri-Valley, they will be taking part in a tournament against Dover at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dover will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Tri-Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
