Thomas A. Edison made up a huge gap compared to their last game against High School of the Future, but still couldn't quite topple them. Everything went the Thomas A. Edison Owls' way against High School of the Future on Monday as the Thomas A. Edison Owls made off with a 35-15 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Owls have posted since January 17th.

Thomas A. Edison was led to victory by Marcaiyah Colon and Dailyanis Nunez. Colon posted 11 points, while Nunez earned 11 points. Another player making a difference was Ayonna Perez-Pippen, who put up six points.

Thomas A. Edison's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for High School of the Future, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thomas A. Edison will venture away from home to face off against Little Flower Catholic for Girls at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. High School of the Future and West Philadelphia will compete for holiday cheer at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
