London Afalava commands the offense for Stingrays win

Recap: Coastal Academy Stingrays vs. Monarch Royals
The Coastal Academy Stingrays won the last time they faced the Monarch Royals, and things went their way on Friday too. Coastal Academy came out on top against Monarch by a score of 48-38.
Coastal Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was London Afalava, who scored 14 points along with nine rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Afalava has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Heiress Afalava, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Coastal Academy now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Monarch, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.
Coastal Academy will head out on the road to challenge Guajome Park Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Guajome Park Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Monarch will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on The Cambridge School at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
