Softball Recap: Castle View Takes a Loss

Castle View fell victim to Grand Junction and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 16-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Sabercats in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Castle View's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Grand Junction, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Castle View will head out to take on Mountain Vista at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Grand Junction, they will venture away from home to challenge Grand Junction Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
