Castro Valley had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They and the Berkeley Yellowjackets finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Trojans as the team haven't won a game since December 5, 2024.

With that draw, Castro Valley's record moves to 2-5-1. Meanwhile, Berkeley's record is now 3-6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Castro Valley will host Encinal at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Castro Valley is facing Encinal at the right time seeing as Encinal is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Berkeley, it'll be a Battle of the Bugs the Berkeley take on the Alameda at 6:30 p.m. on January 24th.
