Softball Recap: Bayard Tigers vs. Twin River Titans
Bayard extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping them down to 7-14. They lost 15-0 to the Twin River Titans. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 8-0 to the Titans when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
As for Twin River, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season. The contest marked their most dominant victory of the season.
For Twin River's part, Kaleigh Rickard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Rickard has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in five consecutive appearances.
