Basketball Recap: Laurel Comes Up Short

Laurel lost against Greenville back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Laurel Spartans lost 49-28 to the Greenville Trojans. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Laurel's record now sits at 4-8. As for Greenville, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Laurel will challenge Rochester at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Greenville, they will square off against Saegertown at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
