Troy's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 4-2. As for Centralia, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Centralia beat Troy 28-20 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
