Soccer Recap: Vincent Memorial Comes Up Short

Vincent Memorial lost against Southwest EC back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Vincent Memorial Scots might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Southwest EC Eagles an easy 4-0 win. The Scots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vincent Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Southwest EC, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-6-1.

Vincent Memorial will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Southwest EC at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Southwest EC will take on Yuma in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Southwest EC is facing Yuma at the right time seeing as Yuma is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
