Marshall is a perfect 10-0 against Mountain View since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the Vikings at 3:30 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Marshall's win against El Monte wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles beat the Lions by a goal, winning 2-1. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Mountain View, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Gabrielino with a sharp 5-1 victory on Thursday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Mountain View's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

The win got Marshall back to even at 2-2-1. As for Mountain View, they moved to 2-3-2 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Marshall came out on top in a nail-biter against Mountain View in their previous meeting back in January, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
