Softball Recap: Fletcher Comes Up Short

Fletcher had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Mangum Tigers, falling 10-1. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The win (which was Mangum's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Fletcher is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Fairland at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mangum, they will face off against Cheyenne/Reydon at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
