Football Recap: Madelia Takes a Loss

Madelia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Martin County West Mavericks and fell 48-6.

Madelia's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Martin County West, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Madelia will square off against rival Mayer Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Martin County West is set to take on their familiar foe Lester Prairie/Holy Trinity at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
