Sperry entered their tilt with Heavener on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Wolves. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by six runs or more this season.

Sperry's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Heavener, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Sperry will host Okmulgee at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 15.22 runs per game on average), something the Pirates will no doubt try to take advantage of.
