Recap: Flintridge Sacred Heart Tologs vs. White County Warriors

It was a good run, but the Flintridge Sacred Heart Tologs unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They had to suffer through a rough 76-19 loss at the hands of White County. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Flintridge Sacred Heart has scored all season.

White County's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Celeste Reed, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Reed's 18th in a row with at least ten points. Bella Winingham was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three steals.

Flintridge Sacred Heart's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for White County, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flintridge Sacred Heart will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Louisville at 6:00 p.m. on January 4th. As for White County, they will face off against DeKalb County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. DeKalb County will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Tennessee Rankings (they are ranked 171st, while White County is ranked 14th).
