Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tamarac). They blew past the Troy Flying Horses 4-0 on Saturday. Abigail Ackner was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Tamarac's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Troy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-8-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tamarac will face off against Mechanicville at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Troy, they will challenge La Salle Institute at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
