Football Recap: Princeton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Princeton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 42-38 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Joseph Christian Lions. The Tigers lost against the Lions in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 74-20 score last time.

Mitchell Walker threw for 73 yards and one TD. Bowe Ussery was his top target, picking up 53 receiving yards.

Princeton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for St. Joseph Christian, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-5.

As of now, neither Princeton nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
