Soccer Game Preview: Harrison vs. Osborne

The Harrison Hoyas will square off against the Osborne Cardinals at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Harrison is coming into the match hot, having won their last seven games.

Harrison is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against South Cobb on Tuesday as Harrison made off with a 7-1 win. Jonas Heiler was a massive factor in the win as he booted in five goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Osborne was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 4-0 to Pebblebrook. Osborne fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Falcons since on Tuesday.

Harrison's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those six games. As for Osborne, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Harrison beat Osborne by a goal in their previous meeting back in March of 2019, winning 4-3. Does Harrison have another victory up their sleeve, or will Osborne turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
