Baseball Recap: Lakeside Comes Up Short

Lakeside fell victim to Winder-Barrow and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Bulldoggs, falling 11-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bulldoggs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Lakeside's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Winder-Barrow, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Lakeside didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-2 defeat against Grovetown on the 17th. As for Winder-Barrow, they will face off against Cherokee Bluff at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
