Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ola). They never let the Hampton Hornets get on the board and left with a 21-0 victory on Thursday. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Ola's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Hampton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Ola is set to square off against their familiar foe Jones County at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Mustangs 2, the Greyhounds 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Hampton will take on rival Union Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
