Basketball Game Preview: Jefferson City Jays vs. Marquette Mustangs

The Jefferson City Jays will square off against the Marquette Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Saturday, Jefferson City came up short against Center and fell 58-51.

Meanwhile, Marquette unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 72-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lindbergh last Tuesday. Surprisingly, this marked the Mustangs' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.
