Softball Recap: Sapulpa Comes Up Short

Sapulpa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Bartlesville Bruins, falling 11-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bruins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in August.

Sapulpa's defeat dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Bartlesville, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 24-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sapulpa will venture away from home to take on Muskogee at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bartlesville, they will take on Jenks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
