Soccer Game Recap: JSerra Catholic vs. Citrus Valley

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the JSerra Catholic Lions had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They never let the Blackhawks onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. The result kept JSerra Catholic happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 11th.

They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of Peyton Marinos and Sydney Schuler, who scored both of JSerra Catholic's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 20 so far this season.

JSerra Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 10-3-6. As for Citrus Valley, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-8-2.

JSerra Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Citrus Valley also has no future games currently scheduled.
